The duration of the free trial is 7-days.
To receive a free trial you will need to register as a member of Knockout Bids and provide valid PayPal details.
When you register, we will validate your PayPal account.
At the end of your free trial we will begin billing your PayPal account for the 6-monthly subscription fee for your membership plan. If you do not cancel your free trial within the free trial period, you will be billed your first 6-monthly subscription fee. It is your responsibility to know when your free trial period ends, and to cancel your free trial if you do not wish to become a paid member.
We reserve the right not to offer the free trial, refuse a free trial or cancel a free trial. This offer is limited to one free trial per person, one free trial per household and one free trial per PayPal account and cannot be combined with any other offer.

the terms and conditions as displayed below. Knockout Bids reserves the right to
make changes to the terms and conditions at any time, at its own discretion without
any prior notice. Knockout Bids will do its best to notify users of any changes
to the terms and conditions, however members of Knockout Bids should check the terms
and conditions regularly in order to keep up-to-date with any changes. All changes
will be published in this section of the website. If you do not agree with any of
the terms and conditions as set out below, you should discontinue use of the service.
Knockout Bids is a reverse auction service where it is the lowest unique bid/guess
that wins. The lowest unique bid/guess is defined as the lowest bid/guess amount
in a particular auction/game that has only one bid/guess. Each auction/game is time-based,
meaning that each auction/game will close at the time displayed, regardless of the
number of bids/guesses made. At the close of each auction/game, the player that
holds the lowest unique bid/guess will be deemed the winner. Knockout Bids members
can acquire bids/guesses by two means. The first means is through the purchase of
a membership. Memberships can be purchased on a weekly, monthly or 6-monthly basis.
Costs are as displayed at the time of registration with Knockout Bids. The second
means is through the purchase of a bid/guess pack. Bid/guess packs allocate to the
member's account the specific number of bids/guesses as mentioned on the pack purchased.
The current cost and number of bids/guesses for each bid/guess pack can be viewed
on the Buy More Guesses page of www.playknockout.com. Guess Packs are Non-Refundable. Guesses/Guess Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
By joining Knockout Bids, you agree to the associated costs as outlined at the time
of registration and agree that you are over 18 years of age. Knockout Bids is open to residents of Australia and the United States only.
By registering an account with Knockout Bids, members agree that they are legally permitted to participate
in a reverse auction in the location at the time of placing a bid/guess. Any jurisdiction
that may prohibit members from participating in reverse auctions is the responsibility
of the member and no responsibility will be held by Knockout Bids. Knockout Bids
is a subscription service and all accounts must be cancelled in order stop your
subscription. A membership can be cancelled by means of email to help@playknockout.com
, requesting to stop the membership or by clicking the 'cancel membership' link
located in the members login box under the Account Info tab. Memberships can also
be cancelled through a member's Paypal account by selecting the Knockout Bids subscription
and cancelling it. For more details visit www.paypal.com. Each member may only hold
one account with Knockout Bids. If a member is discovered to have more than one
account, Knockout Bids reserves the right to cancel one or all of that particular
member's accounts upon which they will immediately forfeit any bids/guesses or prizes
associated with that particular member's accounts. Knockout Bids may also cancel
a member's account if they are deemed to have provided Knockout Bids with any false
or misleading information when becoming a member or purchasing a bid/guess pack,
used a fraudulent credit card to become a member or purchase a bid/guess pack, or
a member breaches any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
All prices in Knockout Bids are displayed in US Dollars. This will be used as the standard currency for purchasing memberships, guess packs and the value price shown for the prizes in each game.
Knockout Bids offers a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for all NEW members. The Money
Back period closes 7 days from the day of registration, as stated during the registration
process. New members that cancel within the 7 day period will receive a refund of
their full purchase amount.

A member must not disclose their bid/guess amount/s in a particular auction/game
to any other person before the close of that particular auction/game. Knockout Bids
may cancel a member's account if they are deemed to be colluding with another member,
bidding/guessing from multiple accounts established by themselves or others or other
fraudulent activity is suspected. By placing a bid/guess in a Knockout Bids auction/game,
you agree that the cost of the bids/guesses are non-refundable and that you may
not cancel or change a bid/guess once it has been submitted in an auction/game.
The winning player is the player that holds the lowest unique bid/guess at the close
of the auction/game. If there is no lowest unique bid/guess at the close of an auction/game,
the winner will be determined by the lowest bid/guess amount with only two bids/guesses
and the member that placed the bid/guess first, and so on, until a winner is discovered.
At the close of each game, the player with the lowest unique guess will be sent an email to disclose the details of their win. In the case that a winner does not respond to the winner's email to claim their prize, it will be resent after 7 days. The prize winner will then have 180 days to respond. In the case of no response, the player with the next Lowest Unique Guess on that game will be declared the winner and contacted under the same process. This process will continue until a winner is declared.
As a member of Knockout Bids, you agree that your username, first name, state of
residency or image may be used in promotional materials produced by Knockout Bids
and displayed on the Knockout Bids winners page. Knockout Bids will never use your
full name, last name or initial, street address or any other contact details in
promotional material or throughout the website. If you wish to be removed from any
promotional material please email help@playknockout.com .
Shipping of Prizes
Knockout Bids prizes will be sourced through an online supplier and should be received
within 30 days of the successful bidder winning an auction. All prizes will be new,
packaged and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
In the event that your prize is unavailable due to our supplier. You will receive a similar prize of equal value.
Liability
Knockout Bids is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the
terms and conditions that is caused by matters beyond its reasonable control. Knockout
Bids is not liable to any member for any indirect or consequential loss or damage,
or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether
arising out of any negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise).
